A good number of questions are already answered on the site. The FAQ covers plans, limits, and how the waitlist offer works. The guides go into monitoring practice in more depth, and the security page documents how we handle data and credentials.
Reporting a vulnerability
Please report security issues privately rather than opening a public issue. Include enough detail to reproduce, and give us a reasonable window to fix before disclosure. We will confirm receipt and keep you updated on progress.
We do not currently run a paid bounty programme, and we will say so plainly rather than implying one exists.
